Covenant Shores - Mercer Island, WA

A nationally accredited continuing care retirement community, Covenant Shores is set on 12 scenic acres on the shores of Lake Washington. We offer a residential style for every aspect of retirement.

Residential styles available

Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are available for residential retirement, many include expansive view of Lake Washington and our waterfront marina. Expanding the services available on campus, we opened a 108-square-foot residential building in 2003. It contains 28 residential apartments, 32 assisted living residences and a 13-unit memory care residence. Assisted living accommodations include studio, studio with alcove, and one-bedroom floor plans. In the memory care residence, our specially trained staff uses validation-based life enrichment programming to support individual abilities. Spacious private and semiprivate accommodations are available in our Medicare and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing center.
