The Residenz at Sylvania - Toledo, OH

The Residenz at Sylvania is a senior living community in Toledo, Ohio, designed specifically to meet the needs of residents aged 55 or older. Our facilities are situated on a large, beautiful property which gives our homes a safe, serene and restful atmosphere. We feature a variety of homes in our facility, including a three story senior apartment complex which features both one-bedroom apartment homes and two-bedroom apartment homes and 12 cottage homes with two-bedrooms each. Built late last year, our facilities are new and modern. Each of our homes features an open floor plan. All of them feature a full kitchen with a dishwasher included. Every home also features a beautiful living and dining area. Each bedroom comes complete with walk-in closets. Each home also features a laundry and storage room. Each features an over-sized bathroom, complete with a large bath. Our homes also include coat closets, pantries and linen closets.
